ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

Returns or Exchanges are only accepted on merchandise received that is found to have manufacturer defects. A manufacturer defect is defined as broken zippers, severely torn material or ripped linings, broken snaps/buttons or hardware, and missing parts. Minor flaws like loose treads, creases, dents, scratches, slight marks on material, or folded marks or just not liking the item purchased can not be accepted as a reason for return or exchange. 

If you do find that your merchandise is found to have a manufacturer defect as noted above, once returned and upon our inspection of the item, an exchange or store credit will be processed.

If your merchandise is found to have a manufacturer defect as noted above, please contact us at email: emeatreasures.customer.service@gmail.com within 3 days from receipt of merchandise, and describe and take pictures of the defective area and send to the above email. After review, we will be happy to arrange for a return and process an exchange or store credit. Please provide your order number in all email communications.

All items returned must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging and returns for exchange or store credit must be made within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Once returned item is received, the item will be inspected and a replacement of the same item will be given (if the same item is in stock) or a store credit will be issued.

Note: All Returns or Exchanges shall be granted after inspection. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to replace a return request or give store credit after inspection is made by us. 

Please review your cart carefully before submitting all orders. Changes can not be made once orders are submitted.

NOTED BELOW ARE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR STORE CREDIT GIVEN:

All SALE ITEMS AND/OR FINAL SALES ITEMS, ALL CLOTHING ITEMS (INCLUDING TOWELS), ALL TYPES OF HATS, CAPS,  FEDORAS, SLIPPERS, SLIDES, SCARVES, SCARVES SETS, AND HEADBANDS. Other items may not be returnable that are not listed here and we reserve the right to not accept items that we feel fit in this category. 

We may update our Return Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational reasons.
