Store / Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
Returns or Exchanges are only accepted on merchandise found defective.
If you do find that your merchandise is found to be defective, once returned and upon our inspection of the item, an exchange or store credit will be processed.
If your merchandise is found to be defective, please contact us at email: emeatreasures.customer.service@gmail.com within 14 days from receipt of merchandise, and describe and take pictures of the defective area and send to the above email. After review, we will be happy to arrange for a return and process an exchange or store credit. Please provide your order number in all email communications.
All items returned must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging and returns for exchange or store credit must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Once returned item is received, the item will be inspected and a replacement of the same item will be given (if the same item is in stock) or a store credit will be issued.
Note: All Returns or Exchanges shall be granted after inspection. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to replace a return request or give store credit after inspection is made by us.
Please review your cart carefully before submitting all orders. Changes can not be made once orders are submitted.
We may update our Return Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational reasons.
